This talk explores DNA-based technologies for advanced materials and therapeutic solutions. First, we discuss injectable DNA hydrogels assembled with clickable cells, providing a biocompatible matrix for tissue repair in regenerative therapy.
Next, we delve into DNA optoelectronics, showcasing DNA gels with optoelectronic properties for developing smart, responsive materials like electrochromic devices. We then examine self-healing, thermal-responsive DNA bioplastics for degradable medical devices, illustrating DNA's adaptability in medical applications.
Finally, we investigate multimodal golden DNA superstructures for photothermal immunotherapy, utilizing DNA-gold nanocomposites to enhance targeted cancer treatment.
This talk highlights DNA's transformative potential in creating multifunctional materials, shaping the future of regenerative medicine, optoelectronics, bioplastics, and cancer therapy.
