Electronic devices, particularly organic transistors, are vulnerable to moisture in open environments, which affects their stability and water resistance. To tackle this issue, a superhydrophobic protective film has been developed using alternative nanoparticles. This film not only repels water but also has self-cleaning properties, showing excellent resistance to NaOH and HCl exposure, which helps maintain stable electrical characteristics. Furthermore, it functions effectively even when in contact with PBS solution, highlighting its potential for biosensor applications. These advancements significantly improve the stability of electronic devices, paving the way for various applications and the development of new technologies.
