Electrical stimulation is used in myriad applications, and cell vitalization is among the most effective emerging fields. Several self-powered systems without using an extra power source have been reported, however, the limitation is that it requires electrical wires. To overcome these issues, we designed innovative methods using the body-mediated energy loss conversion (BELC) system. We used the BELC system with injectable conductive hydrogel to treat diabetic-erectile dysfunction. The BELC system induces a low-frequency electric field by utilizing human-activity-driven electrical energy. Injectable conductive hydrogels demonstrated electrical conductivity and angiogenesis. Hydrogel made with dual interaction shows injectability, degradability, and adhesiveness. Furthermore, we confirmed enhanced tube formation, aorta ring, and cell differentiation with mouse cavernous endothelial cells. Finally, for the in-vivo study, we accelerated the treatment of diabetic-erectile dysfunction.
