Interface engineering in wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is crucial for enhancing the device performance. Herein, we developed n-type quinoxaline-based small molecular cathode interface materials with inherently strong dipole moments, which improve electron transport at the interface. Incorporating quinoxaline small molecule as cathode interlayer (CIL) improves interface contact and reduces energy level barrier, thus increasing the built-in potential and suppressing charge recombination. As a result, PSCs modified with CIL achieve a high VOC of 1.31 V and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 20.3%. Additionally, the PSC demonstrates improved stability compared to the control devices, maintaining 95% of the initial PCE after 500 hours.
