To date, the commercialization of lithium (Li)-metal batteries is severely stagnated by uncontrollable Li dendrite growth, particularly under intense stripping/plating conditions. The solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) is a crucial component of lithium metal anodes (LMAs). However, the sluggishion diffusion and high charge-transfer resistance in metallic lithium anodeshamper their rate capability and practical applications. Herein, we have demonstrated ordered Bimetallic MXenes Mo2Ti2C3Tx which has the characteristic that Molybdenum and titanium atoms are arranged alternately on the same surface which reliably helps to control the 2D flakes' chemical and high electrochemical properties for LMBs under deep stripping/plating conditions.
