Lipid Nanoparticle-Encapsulated Antigen-Adjuvant Conjugate For Enhanced Nanovaccine Efficacy

Vaccines are a critical component in fighting infectious diseases. Effective delivery of the immune response-generating antigen particles to the immune system is crucial factor in vaccine efficacy. To this extent, lipid nanoparticles are widely utilized for fabricating vaccine nanoparticles. Here, we report on antigen-adjuvant conjugate encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles. Encapsulating the vaccine components results in improved delivery effectiveness and better immune response. In vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted for vaccine efficacy measurements. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of encapsulating vaccine components for improved vaccine efficacy.
