Using biomedical materials for regeneration of skin tissue is one of the most important thing for wound healing. In this study, Substance P1 (SP1) was loaded to EDC/NHS-small intestinal submucosa (SIS) sheet (SP1-E/N-SIS sheet) and healing was processed by MSCs recruiting. Above all, we made SIS sheet for drug delivery. SIS contains some cytokines like VEGF that can proliferate MSCs through scaffolds. However, natural materials have weak mechanical properties, so we used crosslinker, EDC/NHS. For SP1-E/N-SIS sheet, we loaded SP1, which can accelerate cell growth, and recruit cells. Wound healing was confirmed through injected MSCs using SP1-E/N-SIS sheet. We had examination such as in vitro/in vivo migration and various analysis. Overall, SP1-E/N-SIS sheet enhanced cell migration through assays, and it showed that use of the sheet is suitable for enhancing wound healing through MSCs recruitment. Therefore, SP1-E/N-SIS sheet could be a better treatment for people with deep wounds.
