내용
Solution assembly of amphiphilic polymers into various structures like spheres, cylinders, bicontinuous phase, and vesicles is the core principle of many advanced nanotechnologies such as imaging, scaffolding, and drug delivery. Using molecular dynamics (MD) and Monte Carlo (MC) simulations of coarse-grained model, we investigate the potential for creating unprecedented structures or precisely controlling the type and size of structures by introducing either multi-component polymers or complex chain architectures; penta-block copolymer and grafting polymer with varying sequences, block ratio, grafting densities, concentration, etc. We will present our findings on the effects of chain architectures on micelle formations and their bending rigidity.
