내용
Perovskite quantum-dot (QD) based light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) are promising for the future display industry due to their adjustable band gap, high photoluminescence quantum yield, and high color purity. It is very important to match the charge balance of the holes and the electrons during operation to improve the performance of PeLEDs. Here we investigated the effect of hole transport layer (HTL) configurations of the PeLEDs by controlling the kinds of the HTLs and the stacks of the HTLs. Poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,-dimethylphenyl)amine] (PTAA), poly[(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl)-co-(4,40-(N-(p-butylphenyl))-diphenylamine)] (TFB), and poly(9-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) were employed as HTLs in our experiments, and their HOMO energy levels are -5.2ev, -5.4ev, and -5.8ev, respectively. By controlling HTL solutions of prevent erosion, we could successfully achieve multilayered HTL configurations, e.g., PTAA/TFB/PVK. This result is expected to provide a simple but effective approach to the development of solution-processed PeLED devices.
