Due to the development of small electronic devices, interest in heat dissipation materials with light weight is increasing. Polymer composites incorporating nanocarbon with high thermal conductivity can be an effective option, but their application in industry is limited due to the high cost of fillers. In this study, a polymer/graphene nanoplatelet composite with segregated structure induced using the control of matrix flowability was proposed. In addition, the enhanced thermal conductivity compared to the composite incorporating randomly dispersed fillers in the same content was experimentally and theoretically evaluated.
