The fabrication of large-area, ITO-free, flexible transparent conductive electrodes (TCEs) is critical for developing smart textile electronics. We innovatively combined spin-coating and 3D direct-ink writing (3D-DIW) techniques to develop PEDOT:PSS/3D-Ag hybrid TCE (denoted as DIW-TCE). The resulting DIW-TCEs exhibit excellent electrical conductivity (sheet resistance ~ 4 Ω/□), high optical transmittance (~82%), and mechanical flexibility. Stripe-patterned organic solar cells (OSCs) based on the DIW-TCE achieved a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.3% and 8.2% at an active area of 0.11 cm2 and 0.31 cm2, respectively. We further demonstrated a power module based on eight stripe-OSCs, and successfully applied it as a portable power source on textiles. The DIW-TCE fabricated herein can meet the industrial requirement for smart textile electronics in the commercial market.
