Quasi-solid polymer electrolyte (QSPE) has been spotlighted as a highly conductive and safe electrolyte for all-solid-state energy storage devices. However, in conventional solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs), the conductivity is much lower than that of liquid or inorganic electrolytes, because the SPE conductivity is directly linked to the segmental motion of the host polymer. Therefore, it is necessary to design a new electrolyte system that can simultaneously achieve high conductivity and mechanical strength without compromising the electrochemical performance. In this study, we design a new QSPE through a hybrid combination of a polymer matrices. The effects of the type and content of the hybrid polymer and ionic compound were systematically investigated to understand the structure-property relationship and ion migration mechanism. Furthermore, based on the optimized QSPE, the integrated energy storage devices were fabricated, and their electrochemical performance were thoroughly explored under harsh environmental conditions.
