In this study, we investigated the effect of highly dipole conjugated organic molecule (BCP) on the interface defect at the electron transport layer (ETL) of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). We found that formation of strong dipole at the interface effectively reduced charge recombination and alleviated power conversion efficiency (PCE) loss under low intensity light environment. Kelvin probe force microscopy characterization revealed that BCP-induced interface dipole layer improved electron transport speed and allowed uniform electron accumulation. These beneficial effect suppressed significantly reduced charge recombination and resulted in high indoor PCE of PSCs based on MAPbI3 up to 27.04 and 35.45 % in LED and halogen light environment, respectively.
