In the design of polymeric nanocomposites, the utilization of nanoscale fillers enables the alteration of thermal, electrical, optical, and mechanical properties, offering a wide range of applications. The production of nanofiller embedded nanocomposites can be achieved through various fabrication techniques including casting, injection molding, 3D printing, and spinning. This presentation explores the application of various rheological methods to assess the dispersion stability of nanoparticles, the linear (SAOS) and nonlinear (LAOS) responses of the nanocomposites, and the processability of 3D printing and electro-spinning processes.
