Until now, research on the complexity and multifunctionality of soft actuators has been actively conducted, and research has been conducted using various types of materials and mechanisms. In particular, devices in the form of a single actuator have been extensively studied, but there is a need for further research on driving in which multiple actuators are combined for higher freedom driving. In this study, an eco flex-based phase transition soft actuator was fabricated and expanded to a 2D array to propose a multi-axis actuator linear control system. To verify the reliability of the operation, the operation stability of several variables of a single actuator was confirmed, and an experiment was conducted for optimization. Finally, each actuator was connected to a computing control system to simultaneously program multiple actuators, and optical scanners and shape display operations could be performed
