Multi-functionalized Acrylate-Polyurethanes were performed by using a Non-isocyanate polyurethane(NIPU) method through the polycondensation of bis-5-membered cyclic carbonates and diamines.
By its plenty hydroxyl groups in the PU, we substituted to the acryl group for the performance of the dense cross-linking.
In addition, it could have great physical properties due to the urethane bond in the main chain.
Moreover, we expected a fast rate of curing because this NIPU had full of crosslinkable chances by rich acryl groups.
These features can be satisfied to the requirements of 3D printing for designing high performance of elastic materials.
