Unpredictable Multiple Key Generation Using Graphene Oxide in Physical Unclonable Functions

Recently, as problems related to personal information leakage have emerged, various security technologies such user identification technologies are being studied. To solve security problems, we aim to manufacture devices based on physical unclonable function (PUF). A PUF is introduced during a manufacturing process with poor reproducibility. Therefore, we used a process of mixing two graphene oxides with different electrical properties and spin coated them to make a PUF device with laterally non-uniform electrical characteristics. To measure the distribution of the coating and its current value using Raman spectroscopy and electrical characteristic analysis to see how various digital values appear, which are difficult to predict.
