Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) is a conductive polymer which has environmental stability and good biocompatibility. It can be used in various fields such as flexible electronics, bio electronics and energy storage devices. When PEDOT is used in combination with natural polymers, it is possible to expand the range of application as bioelectronics material with excellent biocompatibility and conductivity. Silk fibroin is one of the natural polymers with excellent physical properties and biocompatibility. In addition, suitable properties for 3D printing can be gained after modification. In this study, we developed a high viscous, biocompatible and conductive 3D printing ink for bioelectronics application. We prepared modified silk fibroin/PEDOT composite capable for 3D printing. It can be used in various fields such as bio sensing, bio patterning, and bio electronic devices.
