초록

내용
Supercapacitor, one of the energy storage systems (ESSs), has been studied steadily due to fast charging/discharging and high power density. Supercapacitors can be divided into electric double-layer supercapacitors (EDLCs) and Pseudo-supercapacitors. Effective utilization of these two mechanism is important to achieve high performance in material design for supercapacitor. Here, we prepared KOH activated on highly nanoporous MOF-derived carbon for a high surface area and polyaniline (PANI) nanoarchitecture was introduced to activated carbon to provide redox-active sites. Activated MOF-derived carbon provides high specific surface area for EDLC, and well-controlled PANI nanorods support large amount of redox active sites to achieve high capacitance. The capacitance of PANI-ZIF-8 derived carbon composite exhibits 450 F g-1, which is higher than 197 F g-1 of ZIF-8 derived carbon at 1 A g-1. Moreover, it exhibits excellent cycling stability showing potential to be used as high-performance carbon/polymer hybrid electrode material for supercapacitor.
