Ion-to-electron transduction of organic electrochemical transistor(OECT) has been utilized in neuromorphic electronics because ion-driven biological synaptic functions can be realized with low power consumption. Since the transducing ability is determined by ionic currents in polymer semiconductor(PS), ion compatible PS has been consistently developed; however, it highly relies on molecular tailoring methods and possess low scalability to implement practical neuromorphic devices. Here, we demonstrate coupled ionic-electronic PS(CIEPs) based on ethylene oxide(EO)-integrated azide crosslinkers, which is capable of simultaneously enhancing ion transportation and being photo-patterned. The EO moieties in CIEPs can enhance the flow of ionic currents, so that high amplification of ionic signals was achieved. Also, high resolution patterning(
