Cell culture is an essential process for invitro study of cell research, cancer therapy as well as drug screening. Current cell cultures are performed in static condition like Petri dishes and micro well plates that need to exchange media for supplying nutrients and washing out toxic wastes periodically that effects on the cells exogenous factors which cause perturbation of an environment condition. Here, we designed a cell culture system on continuous flow condition to overcome these extrinsic factors. As a results, we fabricated and demonstrated microfluidic chip that can generate flow of media with only potential energy without an expensive pump. And the flow rate according to the potential energy was calibrated. Cell culture was performed, and the possibility of cell culture was also confirmed with using this device. We are furthermore trying to fabricate a co-culture system that can transfer chemicals.
