Transparent conductive oxide (TCO) film such as Indium Tin oxide (ITO), Fluorine doped Tin Oxide (FTO), that have high electrical conductivity and optical transparency is widely used as a transparent anode of Perovskite solar cells (PSCs). But they have rigid property that not suitable for stretchable devices. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is candidate of stretchable electrode for PSCs due to its high optical transparency, mechanical stability, work function, thermal stability, and electrical conductivity. In this study, we spin-coated PEDOT:PSS on Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) substrate instead of using TCO glass substrate to make stretchable electrode for PSCs. In order to reducing the resistance of the electrode, we applied solvent treatment and multi - layer coating. We also studied resistance changing during strain condition and we demostrated PEDOT:PSS electrode to PSCs.
