Molecular doping has been frequently used to increase the electrical conductivity of conjugated polymers (CPs) for organic thermoelectric materials. In this work, we investigated the carrier mobility (μ) -carrier density (n) relation of highly doped donor-acceptor CPs with different molecular ordering. Two donor-acceptor CPs that showed comparable μ but different molecular orderings were highly doped by FeCl3. Interestingly, the different molecular ordering induced different μ-n relationships and transport mechanisms after heavy doping: the high-ordered CP achieved μ over 10 cm2 V-1s-1 while low-ordered CP showed μ about 2.4 cm V-1s-1. In addition, it was revealed that the different μ-n relation would be originated by different charge transport mechanisms: coherent and incoherent transport.
