The Effect of External Environment such as Pressure and Temperature on the properties of PVA/HA hydrogel.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is receiving a lot of attention as a healing medicine material. However, when hyaluronic acid is used directly, it melts in the body and cannot be used directly, so it is manufactured in the form of a hydrogel. HA hydrogels are being studied to confirm the influence of external factors in the crosslinking process. Hydrogel is prepared by the reaction of HA and PVA with a excellent biocompatibility using cross-linking agent. When the prepared PVA/HA hydrogel is deformed by the centrifugal pressure method, it is expected that the cross-linking point is increased and the water content is lowered. In this study, we characterized the effect of external environment such as pressure and temperature on the properties of PVA/HA hydrogel.
