Cell image data is currently being used in various biomedical research fields including cancer cell treatment. Being cultured in vitro some cells are difficult to have distinguished each other by their shapes. The needs of solving this problem, and as A. I.-program is getting more interest recently, we have created cell classification model using a deep learning algorithm. Through this model, PC12, HeLa, and Hek293 cells can be classified and can measure the growth of cells by distinguishing and quantifying the area of the cell and the background. In addition, we are developing this model to apply cells on non-conventional flat environments.. As a result, our cell image classification and growth measuring meter have a great potential application in various biomedical fields.
