Although organic solar cells have been widely studied and achieved power conversion efficiency exceed 15%, it is still important understanding charge carrier dynamics to enhance device performance. Here we investigate the charge carrier dynamics of both PM6:Y6 and PM6:BTP-eC9 blend films, which are widely used for high performance non-fullerene acceptors (NFAs) based organic solar cells. To understand the comparative process, in this study, we analyze the kinetic mechanism through transient absorption spectroscopy (TAS) and a time-resolved spectroscopy method. TAS analysis can provide insight into the formed exciton states and mechanisms, also can be expected to be able to better design photovoltaic systems.
