A Highly STABLE ALL INORGANIC PEROVSKITES Solar CElls WITH 3-DIMENSIONAL ZWITTERIONS

All inorganic based CsPbI3 perovskites are the most promising materials for highly stable and efficient perovskites solar cells while replacing the organic components in organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites. In this research, the electrostatic interaction of three-dimensional zwitterions in perovskites precursor solution made the stable CsPbI3 perovskites solar cells. Herein, high-dimensional sulfobetaine-type zwitterions (HDZW) could suppress the γ phase-CsPbI3 and fabricate the stable α phase-CsPbI3 films effectively. The resulting inorganic perovskite solar cells with HDZW reached the improved power conversion efficiency of 18.4% with high reproducibility. The devices without encapsulation retain 98% of the initial efficiency after 25 days at 25 °C and relative humidity of 25% ± 5%. Importantly, the thermal stability was realized in this 3D zwitterion-based devices even at 100 °C.
