Epoxy Resins of high voltage motors commonly used for VPI impregnation of 3.3 kV or higher vary depending on their performance in terms of impregnation time, drying conditions, and partial discharge (PD) characteristics. In this study, the curing conditions of 6 type epoxy resins were changed according to the ASTM E831 standard to produce samples, and then compared with the results of glass transition temperature (Tg) using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) equipment in the existing study. Because Thermo Mechanical Analyzer (TMA) equipment utilizes the volume expansion of the sample, it is now possible to measure the glass transition temperature of microcalorie which cannot be measured by DSC equipment. As a result of comparing Tg of 6 type epoxy resins by curing temperature, AEV and VonRoll's epoxy resins showed almost constant state without temperature deviation. In the case of ELANTAS, Tg values were lower than those of other companies at 120°C ~140°C and above 160°C.
