Synthesis of palladium nanoparticles immobilized in the nanoporous covalent networks for catalytic membrane reactor

We prepared palladium nanoparticles loaded on the nanoporous covalent networks for catalytic membrane reactor. Colloidal dispersions (sols) were produced by polymerization of tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The sols were blended with polyethylene glycol to form the mixtures of covalent networks. Bicontinuous covalent films were made by casting the mixtures onto the glass plate followed by evaporation. We performed the structural characterization of palladium nanoparticles loaded on the nanoporous covelent network films and catalytic activities were investigated in the organic transformation reaction.
