내용
Disc-shaped liquid crystal (DLC) monomers containing thiol-ene polymerizable functional groups were synthesized for thermal conducting polymeric network. The DLC-based thermal conducting network was used as polymeric matrix for boron nitride (BN) and expanded graphite (EG) composites. The difference of interfacial affinity between DLC matrix and thermal conducting fillers causes variance of heat dissipating performance of composite materials. Strong interfacial interaction like π−π interaction induces enhanced phonon transfer ability.
